Product maintenance
Little maintenance is required to keep your chair looking new day-to-day. For safety purposes, disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet before any cleaning. Use a soft cloth to wipe down your chair and then us a vacuum to remove any debris from cracks and crevices. Do not use any harsh chemicals (no alcohol, benzine or thinners). If you must, dampen a soft cloth with water or a mild soap and water to spot clean and always wipe dry. Products that disinfect may not be appropriate for cleaning or stain removal. Do not dry with heat. After cleaning synthetic leather surfaces, always follow up with a Leather/Synthetic Leather conditioner to rehydrate the surface.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from PURITZ INC. indicating that your purchase has been recorded and your credit card pre-authorization is in place. We then contact our suppliers to verify stock and readiness for shipment. Payment will be promptly processed once availability is confirmed. If the item is backordered or unavailable, the pre-authorization will be canceled, and reach out to you via email.
Order Shipment:
Once your order has been processed, it will ship approximately within 1-3 business days and be delivered about 7-14 business days from the date of your order.
