Return Policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND.

We stand behind our products with a 30-day return policy. This means all products purchased directly from Puritz.co can be returned within 30 days of receipt. 

How does the return process work?

    1. A RMA- Return Merchandise Authorization number is required to make your return a smooth process.
    2. Contact us via email at info@puritz.co with your order number and the item(s) intended for return to request an RMA.
      • Please note: RMAs are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
    3. The RMA number should be displayed on the exterior of the product packages being returned.

Products must be received in like-new condition, in the original boxes, with all of the original packaging, parts, and accessories. The customer is responsible for any damage to the product (e.g., scuffs, scratches, odors, spots, and stains), missing parts, and accessories, and may be liable for additional fees. 

Special shipping and handling are not refundable.

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Prepayment of all shipping charges (if applicable).
  • All risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Puritz. (Please, take pictures and videos of your product before packing and shipping).

A new replacement product will be provided or a refund issued at the customer's preference; however, this will only occur after the returned product undergoes inspection by our trained specialists.

If the customer returns the product to Puritz.co without an RMA from us or beyond the 30-day period, Puritz.co retains the right to refuse delivery of the returned product. The customer is not eligible for refunds.

Upon reception of the returned product by Puritz.co and confirmation of compliance with specified requirements, a refund will be processed to the original payment method minus the initial shipping fee. Kindly anticipate a three to seven business day period for the refund to be completed if located within the United States.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@puritz.co and we will take care of the replacement.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after we collected your money from your bank account are subject to a 5% transaction fees, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and 20% restocking fees.
